A painter’s palette is the unconscious window into the artist’s psyche. I love how it tells us about their workflow, emotion and use of color as a language.
Not nearly as beautiful or poetic, the same can be said for our computer’s desktops. It really is a window into the psychology of the user. How much battery do they have left? What time is it? How are their files arranged and what’s their desktop image? I foresee a coffeetable book of famous people’s desktops. I’m not famous but I’ll start us off.
