There’s nothing like the warm glow of the display. This photo project by NYC-based artist Gabriela Herman documents the life of bloggers but apparently only those who have health insurance (vision included) who can afford to work hunched over in a dark room and kill their eyes.
The project is a really novel idea – you know, to meet people off the internet and in real life. Plus, think of all the link-publicity you’d get from shooting the bloggers themselves. It’s like an insta-hit art project that gives you huge returns on your website traffic!
At first I wasn’t sure if I’d want one of these dark and lonely bloggers hanging in my living room but then project became an important reminder that I needed to get outside and into the warm glow formally known as the sun. Hang these in your office or apartment or anyplace else you need a reminder to leave.
